Please note: There can be issues with submitting forms over a wireless or mobile connection. Wireless connections are known to have small connection glitches which can cause a submitted form to stall or fail. We recommend using a wired connection when completing forms. We also recommend keeping a copy of any large amount of text you enter in case an issue happens and your info is not saved.

You should also receive a confirmation email that your information was received. If you do not receive a confirmation email then your information may not have gone through and you might need to submit the information again. InstaTrack Single Distribution Form

Check which formats you'd like to distribute your single to. If choosing multiple formats, the cost of each must be added together. If you are distributing a Christmas track, then you only need to select the Xmas option.

Single And Artist Info

Please fill out the info below so that we will have the correct info on your e-blast and for our system. If your single does not have a record label of any kind, then put "(Artist Name) Music" in the "Label" field. If specific fields do not apply to you, then you can put "N/A." If you have a promotional paragraph longer than 300 words, contact Mark Piland at mark@cdxnashville.com about using it for your blast.
This write-up will go on the e-blast. It can be about the artist, their music, or a mix of both. You'll want to write something that you feel would draw someone into checking out your music.

Artist Web And Social Media

List the URLs of your artist's pages so that they can be placed in the e-blast. Our team will also be able to tag the artist on any of our social media posts that feature them. Leave blank any cells that do not apply.

Schedule Digital E-Blast Dates

Let us know what dates you'd like your digital e-blast to go out. This is when your release will be sent to radio. You have 3 digital e-blasts that can be scheduled for distribution.  We require at least two business days between your submission and the first blast date to make sure everything is properly set up. If you need to re-schedule your blast dates, please contact Mark Piland at mark@cdxnashville.com

TRACtion Chart Eligibility

All music that we distribute is automatically encoded into our airplay monitoring system, TRACtion. This will help our team know what TRACtion charts your music is eligible for. TRACtion True Indie chart eligibility is only qualifiable for Country music by artists who have hired their own independent promotion staff, have no more than 1 promotions staff member as a part of their label, or are promoting their music by themselves.

Radio Contact Information

List all promotion contacts and team members that you'd like featured on the digital e-blast. This is who will be representing the artist and their music. It can be a promoter, publicist, manager, or anyone else that would be a point of contact for the artist. It can even be the artist themselves.   This info will be listed on the digital e-blast for radio stations and other recipients to see.   Format as described: Name / Company (Optional) / Phone Number / Email Address

Guidelines For Artwork

Help us help you…..look your best.

    1. High-resolution (1500 x 1500 pixels preferred — 600 x 600 pixels minimum) artwork of your single release cover OR a high-resolution publicity image (at least 600 pixels in width) without logos.
    2. Any artist and label logos should be supplied as separate artwork elements, preferably as large, high-resolution black logos on a white background (EPS, PDF, AI, JPG, PNG formats are best).
    3. High-resolution JPEGS are preferred for single artwork and publicity photos. We can accept most other standard image file formats, but please avoid sending GIFs or other files that contain a limited palette of colors (often called “indexed color”).

When you are done uploading your artwork, scroll to the bottom of the page

and click the “GO TO STEP 4” button under the Hightail window to proceed to STEP 4 > Complete Submission

If you did not receive a confirmation email for each completed step then your information may not have gone through and you might need to submit the information again. To finish the submission process, please click the Make Payment button below to submit payment by American Express, MasterCard or Visa.

Payment must be received before the first selected scheduled e-blast date or the release will not go out.
