Please note: There can be issues with submitting forms over a wireless or mobile connection. Wireless connections are known to have small connection glitches which can cause a submitted form to stall or fail. We recommend using a wired connection when completing forms. We also recommend keeping a copy of any large amount of text you enter in case an issue happens and your info is not saved.

You should also receive a confirmation email that your information was received. If you do not receive a confirmation email then your information may not have gone through and you might need to submit the information again. Reach out to our team at info@cdxnashville.com if you are unable to locate your confirmation email or have any other questions. (Remember to check your spam folder – the confirmation email might be in there.)

Make sure to check that you received a confirmation email for the files uploading. This will be separate from the confirmation email received from Step 1 and will be from either Hightail or Dropbox, depending on where you uploaded the files.
